Compulsory Pettification Program

ORDER TO REPORT FOR INDUCTION

The Federal Bureau of Pettification

    To: Chris Carter

GREETINGS:

    You have been selected for by the Federal Bureau of Pettification for Compulsory Pettification, Congratulations! Soon you will have many new opportunities, as new paths and doorways open for you.

    You are hereby ordered for induction into the Compulsory Pettification Program or ComPet, and are to Report to the FBP Office at 10th and Lexington by Friday at 1:00pm. 12/25.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

    If you have had previous Compulsory Pettification Service or are Currently working for the FBP or HPPS, bring Evidence with you. If are Married, bring Proof of your Marriage. If you have any Physical or Mental Condition which, in your Opinion, may disqualify you for induction into the Compulsory Pettification Program, bring a physician's certificate describing that condition if not already furnished with your local board.

    Valid documents are required to substantiate dependency claims in order to receive basic allowance for such. Be sure to take the following with you when reporting to your local ComPet office. The documents will be returned to you following your service period of 2 years, unless other wise extended by the FBP or HPPS. See to below items if applicable.

    (A) For lawful Parent, of dependent inductee; original or certified copy of inductee's birth certificate, or court order of inductee's adoption. If inductee has a yet inducted sibling within the age of induction, options are available, from the FBP, for admittance of inductee's sibling as to reduce service time of inductee. 

    (B) For lawful Spouse; original or certified copy of marriage certificate. If
inductee was primary source of income for the house hold, options are available, from the FBP, for admittance of inductee's spouse as to reduce service time of inductee. 

    (C) For legitimate child or legally adopted child, under 20 years of age; original or certified copy of child's birth certificate, or court order of adoption. If inductee was primary care giver and guardian of all dependents under 20 years of age, options are available, from the FBP, for admittance of inductee's children into HPPS Support Program. As to assist with Schooling and Education until such time inductee's service time has expired. 

    Please bring all relevant information and documents with you for your induction examination. As well as enough clothes for a week stay with the FBP. be sure to arrange your affairs as such before your date of induction. Be sure to bring this Order with you.

    Willful failure to report to the place and hour of the day named in this Order subjects the violator to extension of service time. as well as possible imprisonment for any such persons assisting the violator in avoiding such as this Order.

    If you are so far from the listed FBP location as that reporting in Compliance with this Order will be of serious hardship, please report immediately to any local FBP location and request a transfer of your delivery for induction, taking this Order with you.
